To avoid rapidly changing user-licencing costs and admin, we have groupings you can immediately position your business into. These are named users with passwords who can individually access the system, including any number of administrators you add.

Any Hard Disks may fail, it's often the weakest link in the hardware and system. We use Seagates which have been proven en-masse in real environments and have been shown to be much more reliable than other well-known brands. Broken drives are replaced within 12 hours guaranteed (usually much quicker during business hours) and the latest Backup used to re-instate your site.
The Operating System (and your data if on Gold) resides on full RAID 1 Mirrored Disks where everything is written twice - onto 2 separate drives - so that if a disk fails, the other can automatically cover immediately whilst it is replaced. It also speeds up read access (ie. most of your users) as there are 2 disks able to provide data at the same time.
