Our operational staff (several hundred) can access it from anywhere - it really is opening up even more uses than we had hoped for. We have also contributed towards extra development for our own requirements and are happy that new functionality can be added with remarkable ease and far less cost than the usual string of consultancy. We can set review dates, codes and versions of documents and search the actual document contents with minimal intervention. Support and assistance needs have been minimal but if there's a question, it's answered directly.
